With an extremely short planning period it was essential that our team worked to the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism. The outstanding customer service they received, from Account Manager level to the Events Operations Team and those who welcomed them on the day was something they appreciated.
The full event management offered by a Dock Gallery booking meant that the entire planning and execution process was pain free and straightforward for the client, allowing them to focus on their content.

Why Tobacco Dock?
The organisers were drawn to The Dock Gallery for its comprehensive DDR packages and its ability to split the space into separate social and conference areas. They were looking for a flexible space with a relaxed and fun environment and atmosphere, so their staff would really enjoy the experience. The proximity to their head office was also a particular draw!

We had a fairly tight time-scale for planning our event in May and found the entire Tobacco Dock team incredibly flexible, professional and accommodating. The planning itself was made easy by the team who all went out of their way to meet our needs. The conference was an enormous success: everything ran smoothly, we had a whole team of people to help us out and the space itself was incredible. The Dock Gallery was bright with plenty of room to relax and socialise while also having a terrific set-up for our conference. There was more than enough delicious food, all dietary requirements were met and the staff were super friendly. We would absolutely consider Tobacco Dock for future events. All the feedback has been great and the venue itself was amazing. It fitted our needs perfectly.’
