Tobacco Dock offers complete flexibility for all your event needs. The space lends itself to a wide range of uses:-

Hire
Room / space rates vary. Prices on application. Set up and break days are charged at 50% of the event day rate. 50% of the total rental price is payable 4 weeks prior to the event or at the point of booking, whichever is the later. The remainder is payable at least 7 days before the day of your event.
Licensing & Insurance
Tobacco Dock may be licensed for late event use (up to 1am) on application to local licensing authorities. All customers will be responsible for obtaining licensing approval for their event and also for obtaining full insurance cover.
Technical
All rental agreements include the provision of power for your event to a central distribution unit. Customers are responsible for all power distribution over and above the normal facilities offered by Tobacco Dock.

EAST MALL CONFERENCING
Conference and Meeting Spaces
G12, G13, G14,G17, G18, G19, G20, G21, G22, G23, G24, G25, G26.
A suite of flexible and reasonably priced meeting / event spaces ranging from 100m2 to 340m2 and offering the opportunity for conference or hospitality use. Access is from Pennington Street or Quayside.
QUAYSIDE
Event and Hospitality Spaces
G1, G3A, G10, G11
This large and flexible space faces onto the South Quay and includes a well-appointed catering space as well as access to a large event / conference room (G10 – 500m2). Access is via the Quayside Entrance.
QUAYSIDE WEST
Self-Contained Event Space
This self-contained banqueting room (784m2) has space for over 300 dinner guests. Accessed via the Quayside.
THE GREAT GALLERY
Exhibition and Event Space
This huge and very flexible space lends itself to exhibition, trade fair or festival use. It extends over 1100m2 and can be configured in a number of ways.

Undercroft Spaces
The vaults offer an incredible range of secure and atmospheric spaces. The corridors and atria offer amazing location and party options and the opportunity for event support amenities for the mall spaces above.
