Tobacco Dock websites do not directly use cookies to function and use PHP_Sessions which do not track or collect personal detail. They are stored directly on the server and not visitors devices, they also expire automatically and very quickly.

We do store raw statistics for websites visitors (IP address, Operating System and Browser); this are held for 30 days and automatically deleted.  As this does not identify the user and does not link their IP address to an individual this is not included in the remit of GDPR.
